Denise LeFrak Foundation Alcohol and Substance Awareness Program
Denise LeFrak Foundation Alcohol and Substance Awareness Program serves the Barnard 社区 providing drug and alcohol education, 预防, and intervention efforts on campus. Our purpose is to promote the healthy development of students enabling them to reach their full potential. Our aim is to encourage students to explore their options and ultimately make choices that are positive for them as individuals. We offer both individual and group counseling at no charge; and all of 我们的服务 是机密. We also facilitate and 合作伙伴 for events and outreach with other Barnard departments.

The ASAP Hours: Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm except weekends and holidays.

The Positive Change Pathway or Six Steps to Creating Positive Change: A self-guided process to stay safe and healthy and change problematic behavior by Dr. 安德鲁Tatarsky.
学生 have varied needs, so we provide different resources. We work with students who are:

- currently using alcohol and/or drugs and questioning their use
- students who are in a relationship with someone (parent, 合作伙伴, or sibling) who is using alcohol or drugs
- students who are concerned about a friend's use
- students who are seeking information
ASAP seeks to provide space and opportunities to connect students for sober fun and alternatives to partying.
